>I have an Outlook type file where I save some messages from my current Outlook main pst file. This file reached its limit (when I try to move a message from the main Outlook to this file I get the message). So I need to "archive" some of the records (e.g. all emails prior to, say 2005). When I right-mouse click on this file and select Data File Properties I don't see an option to Archive or copy some emails. Where do I find this option? TIA.

It looks like only a folder within a PST file can be reduced/archived. This is PITA; I was hoping to cut down the entire PST file at once.
