Hi George, in order to solve tour problem you must do the following:

First, you have to issue SET TO focus ADDITIVE (no need to put the extension)
and Second, you have to download the file KERNEL.DLL (from www.fastwrite.com) and copy it to your C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory, that's all. I had the same problem and that solve it !
