Hello Gerard,

One consideration is to use a fax service (e.g. RingCentral.com) that can send faxes via email. You would just send the email to 'faxNumber@rcfax.com'. The email would have an attachment (pdf, doc, etc.) and would fax that document to the fax number in the email address. There are other fax services as well and the cost might be as cheap as $8 per month.
