Thanks for the clarificatiion Al. I told you I didn't know much about TS, even though most of my clients use it, They all have IT departments that can usually resolve these issues without me having to explaining how. They are really in trouble when they need that! I don't expect the user to change anything, but do expect IT to be able to do so if such a change is possible.

IT now claims to have resolved the issue, and indeed testing shows no errors since they did so. But it has only been 3 days. . .
