LMAO.... Why don't you just pay him to do the work for you which is what you want him to do anyway. I would not spend the time it takes to download, install, code and then try to figure out what's wrong with your code. That could take quite a while. FlexGrid is a great control for a free one, we used it for a while before we switched to Telerik. You need to read, think, and try the sample as is, without any of your other assumptions and go step by step -- just like the rest of us do without expecting the users here to solve all of our problems....
