Tried that one long ago, and it had lots of issues - namely, focus related. I never knew where my mouse pointer was. Instead, read what Rick says here: http://www.west-wind.com/presentations/shellapi/shellapi.asp#_Editing_HTML (actually, read the whole thing, it's worth it).
