I don't think os(10) is of any help

It returns 256 both on my desktop and from my rdc

16 = Terminal Services are installed.
256 = Terminal Services is installed, but only one interactive session is supported.


I think the differnce between them is just a configuration setting, ie whether a user is allowed to have mulitple sessions simultaneously
