If you need to learn ANSI SQL, there are lots of books in just about any library that give the basics of SQL, regardless of the manufacturer.
When I started using SQL Server in the late 90's I used The Guru's Guide to Transact-SQL by Ken Hendersen and I still refer to it from time to time.
If you know ANSI SQL, you can work with just about any SQL platform.
