Add it to the project, but mark it as excluded. This is not really necessary, but that's what I do, as a reminder to myself.

It can't be done, there is no such option (by the way, it is not checked as included). Please see attached image - the only option available is "Help", all others (Include, Set Main and Code Page...) are disabled.

Anyway, at the end must I distribute the executable and the .FLL along with it, as a standalone file ? (it is a third party paid product, can I distribute it, not embeded in the executable?)

Still don't get the point of adding it to the project...
