I just want to share my experience and may be there are some ideas of better solution.

Yesterday UT stopped responding for me (I am using IE 9.0) and all attempts to re-load in a new tab or a new IE session (and keep my other open IE windows opened) resulted in not responding.

So, I tested UT in Google Chrome and it opened there just fine except that it was prompting me for the plug-in and that's why I use UT in IE.

Finally, I closed all IE windows, re-opened it and now it works.

This is not the first time when the same problem occurs. It looks like if it stopped loading, I am unable to re-load it until I close IE completely.
