Anyone know an easy (and free if possible) way to uudecode a string using tSQL? A nice clean T-SQL function maybe?

I'm working on extracting XML data stored on a db2 box, parsing it and storing on a SQL2008R2 box (for ease of use).

No problem until I hit one table that has a uuencoded string embedded in a field in the XML document.

I need to decode it.

I found a CLR library called SQLSharp that supposedly will do it, and is supposedly free. Problem is my client will probably not allow a third party library to be installed on their servers w/o the source code being available.
