>>>I have been reading a few articles on understanding the schemas in SQL 2005 and SQL 2008. Now I am wondering, does anybody use the DB schemas when the database is used only with a VFP application?
We're not really using schemas (everything is dbo), but I think using schemas may be a good idea for a big database. It doesn't add much overhead and helps to identify a group table belongs to.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
