Hi dorris

I'd look at getting into SQL Server Business Intelligence Studio and creating a dataflow package (dtsx).

You can then import your csv file into a temporary table and then your SP can process that in whatever manner you want.

I've done a few of these now and my packages run in the SSIS store. I find its the easiest and neatest way to go.
