Ack - I ran into it when I rearranged the header files for a large project:
there the project headers were included as to minimize/eliminate
special header files just for a specific vcx, as those were sometimes rearranged.

Calling instead of nesting has a chance of speeding up compilation as well,
if not all nested files are realy needed.
