Nice plot to quash all discussion. Debunking doesn't work anymore, asking right questions and embarrassing them in public doesn't work, publishing proof that they lied doesn't work anymore. They simply ignore everything and just play the same script the next day, as if nothing happened. They don't ever bother to answer any questions, they stick to their talking points. The echo chamber.

So it never dies, because it never actually lived, which is irrelevant. It will be repeated indefinitely, because the source will not be corrected.

Future historians will probably be very confused. They won't have too many credible sources. They'll just have too many sources, most of them in some version of solipsism.
