>IMHO, you don't want to put VFP in the middle, I'd rather go directly from Excel to SQL database. Start from trying Import/Export wizard, most likely it will be sufficient.
Do I have to have a table in SQL to import from excel? If so, it would be a pain since I have to manipulate the data from excel a lot before it goes into a couple of tables in SQL. And "manipulating" in VFP is much easier.
