On a new isntall of VFP 9 with SP2, picking up with the mouse and moving the Command window is kind of "jerky" slow, you can see the outline of where I am moving it to, then when I release it - it is ok.

This behavior is not seen when I am modifying a test.prg window.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
