>>>>Are you talking about Windows Mobile 6.5? If so, I have another beef with MS on that. I have super nice application developed (I speced it and another developer wrote it) written in C# for WM 6.5. But when they moved to WM 7.0, 7.5, and 8.0 my application is not compatible. Which is a big pain. In fact I have hundreds of customers who would buy Windows Phone 8 (if it were to run my app) just for the app alone. So it is loss-loss for both.

You misunderstood me. I do support this application for WM 6.5. I actually sell many hardware devices (Motorola MC55) where I load the app and send it to customers. The Motorola MC55 works very well, nice rugged unit, with integrated barcode scanner. The only downside is that MC55 is very expensive. And my customers don't like it. Plus MC55 can work with my VFP application only via ActiveSync (cradle). So Windows Phone 8.0 with WM 8.0 sounds kind of promising. But .. there is always a but.
Thank you.
