We are looking for quite some time for a replacement for our VFP framework, so we looked at Lianja, Servoy, WinDev, HTML5+CSS etc. But what about going to ASP MVC, that would solve most issues at hand:

Development in Visual Studio
Cross platform
Webenabled

What more are we looking for, or are there disadvantages of ASP MVC that I am not aware of?
