I am using a third party installation routine (Wise Install) to install a client server app utilizing Oracle as the back end. I am having an issue trying to install the MS ODBC Driver for Oracle (MSORCL10.DLL). I am getting an error message

"The setup routines for the Microsoft ODBC Driver for Oracle driver could not be found. Please reinstall driver"

Any ideas or approaches to a hands off ODBC driver install and ODBC configuration would be appreciated (with Wise or any other install method).
