You mean external to vfp? Don't know about creating a "wizard," but assuming the user has a full CI setup, you can create the RPT and put a copy on a server, the user can copy to hard drive and edit as desired. Or, more simply, the user can run rpt/preview by just clicking on it, with some selection criterea available...
