You bet they would.

Biden will be 74 years old in 2016 and already has a history of unsuccessful runs. IMO he is smart enough to recognize VP is as high as he is going to go and is content with that.

Unless some nutter assassinates Obama, a possibility that has never left my mind. I assume the Secret Service is doing truly heroic work behind the scenes.
