The Associated Press is reporting that Hillary is out as Secretary of State and Jon Huntsman is being considered. Once again, Obama just picking the best person for the job, regardless of party affiliation.

On a related note, when he was Ambassador to China, the press reported it was a moved by Obama to keep Huntsman from running for President (he eventually did and dropped out early). However, many commentators are now saying he could have won the race if he had gotten the nomination
