>>No, it won't happen because the GOP holds the house and there is no way they are voting to add Dem senators and reps. If the Dems take the house in 2 years they would take Puerto Rico, DC and for that matter Sonora, Chihuahua and Sinaloa if they could. ( the GOP would prefer to carve up Texas into 50 new states or lop off all of California east of I-5 and make 20 states out of that )

>>But there is still hope for America - more people in Colorado voted for weed than voted for Obama. <g> ( GOP might want to think about that ... )

>I thought that Republicans did not accept President Obama as an American citizen, because he was born in Hawaii? Everyone knows that Hawaii is not a real state. It is just a place to vacation. :)
Yes, but since he carried Europe he gets all their votes as well. I just hope that now that he has been re-elected there will be another Nobel Prize coming soon. ( I understand there is a drone hovering over Stockholm just in case of another snub ) <g>
I think like many intelligent celebrities, the President is even more embarrassed by his worshipers than he is enraged by his detractors.

Though a good deal is too strange to be believed, nothing is too strange to have happened.
- Thomas Hardy

-- T. S. Eliot
Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for lunch.
Liberty is a well-armed sheep contesting the vote.
- Ben Franklin
