Again, this is business as usual. If you're trying to paint it as a massive disillusioned pullout, it's not.

Who does Utah State play tomorrow?

>Several cabinet members want out. Hillary, who has said she'll stay on until there is a replacement. Leon Panetta, Eric Holder, and Tim Geithner.

>>Out as in leaving or out as in being ousted? It is not uncommon for top advisers to leave / burn out after a few years. These have not been easy years to be Sec. of State.
>>
>>What is your source on this? I am not getting any hits at the NY Times, Chicago Tribune, or Fox News.
>>
>>I will say for the record that my admiration for her has grown tremendously in that job. She did not start from a position of strength with me, a sort of cold Lady Macbeth type. I was an Obama fan very early so it didn't help any that she was his main opponent. It was not so much Hillary as her supporters who antagonized me further with their sense of entitlement. It's our turn. Get in line and wait your turn, young fella. But after Obama won and offered her the job, arguably the most important one we have other than President itself, she put country first. If she has ever backstabbed him or tried end runs I don't know when it was. She has been a really good Secretary of State IMO and deserves the appreciation of all of us.
>>
>>Again, even if she is leaving I don't think anything should be read into that.
>>
>>I like Jon Huntsman. We have to deal with the immediate fact that he made no impression on the electorate whatsoever, but this is the kind of candidate (either party) we could use a lot more of. One of the reasons The New Yorker is a subscription I will never give up is a piece they did on him, focusing on his daughters. There are three of them, and talk about charmers.

>>Still thinking out loud .... if Obama named a Republican as Secretary of State it would send a signal that he isn't joking about bipartisanship.
>>
>>UPDATE: You said right up front your source is the AP. Those ancient ink-stained wretches ;-)
