After the native Americans, the British, Russians, and Spain (New Spain) would have more of a claim than Mexico. The Mexican-Spanish war was really the children of Spanish immigrants, mixed races/ethnicities, and american indians fighting for independance from Spain. It is actually pretty similar to the Europeans taking over this entire coutnry and going to war with Britain except that those born in Mexico kicked all the Spaniards out when Spain lost the war. It should all go back to the indians! All those of Spanish heritage should go home to Spain too! All Europeans out of this country! Gee - where do I go? I'm of American Indian and European heritage.... no country I guess.

You should probably head for somewhere like Iceland. New land is effectively being created there as its on the mid Atlantic plate joint so you could say there are no previous inhabitants. Everyone there is a Johnny come lately.
