The menu screen is probably corrupted. Try removing it from the project, renaming it, and rebuilding the project, ignoring the message about the form not existing. If it builds through, try slightly modifying the form, saving it again, renaming it to the new name, and adding it back into the project again (or even making it the main program of a brand new project to cleanly get it to compile first).
