I also use the same approach. I honestly, as most of us here, do not have the time to install interim versions. I prefer to wait until the final version is ready. It's not that I would think a preview release could cause some problems on my PC or would have some issues. I am pretty sure it would be pretty much solid. But, I always prefer that the final version is out and then move on with SP when available. :)
