May be quicker to delete and re-create the textbox, and if that does not work, re-create the form.
Really weird that you are having an issue with such a basic feature.
Good luck

>>>I have a textbox that I want to be transparent. I go to properties and set the text box property from opaque to transparent, but when the form runs the text boxes are not transparent even though the setting is to transparent. It seems relatively simple to do, but it's a no go. Labels have been set to transparent and they work fine. So what have I forgotten?
