The one Gregory mentioned works. But, I always prefer to check with people here first as I usually do not trust most of those applications. Also, Adobe Flash Player cannot read the FLV, where it seems the FLV is known as a Flash Video file. Interesting that the owner of such a file cannot have support to read some versions of it. :)
