I have seen this type of dialog used many times in setting up window apps or like winzip dialog that ask you where you wish your zip file and has a new folder option that allows you to create a directory and subdirectory.

When it comes up how is the directory chosen that I want as it is expecting a file. When I press OK nothing happens.
