Anything can be run on anything else. It's just a matter of how feasible it is.

With an Apple product, you'll have to do it through emulation. If you can find software which runs x86 emulation, then install a small footprint of Windows (like Windows 98SE), and it will run Visual FoxPro.

My personal advice regarding Apple products: avoid them entirely. Apple is far too big a corporation. An estimated $200 billion cash on hand next year. Market capitalization exceeding $600 billion already this year. Such power in one place is dangerous in the extreme.
