>Man ole Man, that is tremendous. Tommy was there the last time I went in 2011 and I picked up his "set list" for a memory of his session. Tommy is always there. The thing about Tommy is he was very open to spending time to everyone there who had a question, just wanted to say howdy, or was asking about a lick he was doing. Do you know Doyle Dykes? He is a casual aquaintance (who knows me by face but probably doesn't remember my name). Doyle is also always there like Tommy.

Mel;

Having logged many thousand of miles with my guitar, I never had a problem with an Airline. Tommy was doing a gig near Santa Cruz about a year ago, and his favorite guitar was broken into many pieces by an airline. A guitar shop in Santa Cruz put it back together. I saw the “before and after”. It would make your jaw drop!

I tend to treat friends, guitars and books in a similar manner. Pick a good one, cherish it, and never get rid of it!

No, I do not know of Doyle Dykes, but I will Google and find out more.

Tommy speaks a lot about his brother. I hope to see them play guitar together one day soon. A typical performance schedule of Tommy’s is, Poland Wednesday, San Francisco Friday and Saturday, England Monday, etc. He is on the road most of the year. He lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for a number of years. He does not seem to mind the travel.

Tom
