If you have regular intervals where the HW is off/idle, let such tests run once per quarter or
- if having problems - until problem is gone, and let it run for a a night at least.

Currently you have only proven that the RAM functioned once ;-)
I had once a RAM which would fail only in summer when CPU and RAM were tasked
to the max for some time - then somewhen it would become too hot and chips failed...
