I tried a german article. I translated it from german to english and I think so it's good because it was meaningful and worked for me.

About your sentences:
"Açım. Öğle vakti hakkında. Neden bir şeyler yemek için alamadım?"

First sentence is correct.
Second would be correct if first and third sentences were different. We say like "It's lunchtime." in this case.
Third sentence is really really terrible. Correct type is "Neden birşeyler yemiyoruz?". Hovewer it's understable. But when issue is translating an article Google bumps the wall (I don't know if there is a say "bump the wall" in english, we use it for "fail").
