>>SQL Server Books Online, BOL for short. In other words, the first place you need to look for the command syntax issues is SQL Server Microsoft documentation. Unlike .NET documentation, SQL Server documentation is generally very good and often provides good examples.

Is it referring to me or Gerard? .NET documentation is usually not helpful (and this is not only my observation, I spoke with a friend recently who started working with C#). When I need to find a syntax of a command, MS will give very short description, no samples at all. I have to search for more and more info online. If I need to learn some SQL Server command syntax, the first MS link will be enough.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
