turn Background printing off while you print....

oWord.toolsoptionsprint(,,,,,,,,,,,0,,,) && Turns off background printing
oWord.toolsoptionsprint(,,,,,,,,,,,1,,,) && Turns it back on

This makes the print command 'synchronous'.
