>>>I can only repeat what Victor said, but in my case it was not even me who worked with them in the first place but a co-worker. We had some trouble some time ago, and although I do not remember much, I still have the Zebra Setup Utilities in my computer, wich I downloaded from www.zebra.com

>>I did that in, I think, 2005, and I was using a template developed in Excel or Word, which printed fine and had all the predefined stuff - pagesize etc. I'd just fill in the values and issued a print command via automation. Even so, we had trouble - it would work from one machine but not from the other. Despite the identical version of Windows, they just behaved differently, and the driver which would work on one would eject blank labels on the other, or the next driver would do nothing on one and print fine sometimes on the other. I didn't even care to remember how it ended - maybe it didn't :).

>Yes, they are "different" but they do a great job and are worth the extra effort.

True, they are amazing - the stuff they can do, and at what speed, is a little miracle. It's just that they are rather capricious and the error reporting isn't great - as if they graduated at Redmond.
