This is a really good solution, IMHO, we are using it on our website. There are some problems, however with the way that Acrobat allows you to automate this. Firstly, the way you specify an output filename is with an ini file, before sending the print job. This is really stupid, but workable. This and other problems are handled rather gracefully by Rick Strahl's wwPDF class. I'm not sure if this class is officially public domain, but he has posted the entire source for it on his website. You will turn it up by going there and searching for wwPDF.
