Judging by the reputation of HP as a company, I wouldn't even look at it.

To add to their list of misdeeds: daughter had a HP printer, actually has one. It sat unpacked for about 2-3 years, because it wasn't needed. Then she unpacked it and within a year printed maybe a dozen sheets. The other day, when she wanted to print, it just flatly refused, saying "the ink has expired". There was no "ink low" warning preceding this, actually the cartridges are near full. If you don't buy ink frequently enough, your HP will force you to.

At least, once upon a time, HP was a name in the world of printers. Now it's just another extortionist.
