That is the odd thing...yes, they did have codepage 437, but they are a couple of the newer tables in that database. They just so happen to be the ONLY two tables in the database with the wrong codepage, and I just so happened to choose them to test VFP9 performance on the Win7 machine. This project was in VFP on old XP machine.
So that problem is solved early on in the double migration. :)
