That's an disabled item and it should be defined by a different color pair... try with different number of commas before the rgb(), to shift it to a different position. Presently you're setting the 2nd pair, and the disabled colors should be around position 6, a number which hovers in my brain for no good reason. I only remember 6th position meant something.

You should dig out the help for fox 2.x and see about color schemes, it's all documented there - the meaning of each pair in each scheme.
