I actually know of one particular instance of a serious problem - if you're interested, I can search the footprints / my e-mails for that.

Ok, I searched my e-mails and that was the issue

When printing passes with BatchPrint, mag strips were not encoded and the encoding instructions were printed on the passes. A pass from this batch could be printed again through Sales and the encoding would work (same printer).

Apparently, some printer codes were in the field and it worked correctly when using RB 80, but not with RB 90.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
