agreeing with most of of the above - but for me taxation sould be based on buying power,
not on actual $ numbers. As gov can be counted on to fudge inflationary numbers,
having a reduced tax for capital income is neccessary IMO.
Otherwise people earning early will pay taxes on interest during their lives
and on retirement will only have less buying power than the amount they put away for retirement.
