I got to thinking the other night about the legalization of weed in WA state and was wondering.....

When the governor and all the politicians, etc., sit down and lay out the laws and tax structure for this - doesn't that make them all guilty of conspiracy in the eyes of the feds? And since this is true - how can the feds even try to arrest someone for weed in this state at all and expect to win? I think it's safe to say that as long as you keep yer butt off federal land/buildings in that state that there isn't anything the feds could really do unless they arrest the governor and every other politician and city official that's had anything to do with this..right?
