Thanks for the reply,
the file name is very basic, it's a mapped drive, P:\emailed proofs\123456.pdf.
There are normally 2 files on this email the other will be in the same location but named "123456 terms and conditions.pdf". The program is on the R drive but rights are not an issue. If I send just the 1 file then no problem, try to send 2 and I get this issue. I have tried both a comma , and semi colon ; as the seperators for the files.
