So my conclusion is that if a person, by the time they are 35 yo, is still liberal he/she is either socialist or loser <bg>

Are you suggesting we should not notice color and gender? Anyone who claims to be truly colorblind or not noticing whether someone is a man or a woman is a liar. The problem only comes in when people are prejudged based on their race or gender.
