I should clarify the previous reply. It comes across as snippy and possibly self-motivated.

I was not questioning the deservingness of any award winners. My respect for all of them is complete. Nor am I seeking anything for myself. I have not been worthy of an MVP award in many years. Back when I was winning them I was deserving. I answered lots of tech questions. It was not to win an award, which I did not even know existed when I joined the CompuServe FoxForum. It just felt good to do and I learned a lot myself in the process.

My point was only to enthusiastically salute you for all you have done for the community. That was 100% sincere.
