It's better to post questions like this on the West Wind Message Board as I see messages about our products over there on a daily basis, whereas here I only see it when I visit more sporadically:

What version of wwIPStuff are you using? Really old versions (and your's sounds like it's pretty old as it uses wwIPStuff, rather than the wwSmtp class) had some problems with multiple file names.
