Terrifying story indeed.
What crossed my mind is how many people face these kind of issues without being educated/brave enough to face it
in a proper way as this lady does. Instead they try to cover it all up, hoping it will just go away by itself once kid grows up.
It is not easy to be good parent even to a good kids, imagine this.

Not to this extreme, but I do know people who have almost unbearable kids (Hyper active / attention deficit) and keep on blaming themselves (or each other) for this, without ever realizing that it simply condition that have to be addressed and
handled properly. On the other side you have parents who are so proud about how good / well behaved their children are, without ever realizing that it is much more God's blessing rather then anything else that they did or do.

Having children is sort of like poker game when you are keep on being given good cards or bad cards whole night.
You gotta be an idiot to lose with good cards all the time (and it happens!) or you gotta be miracle worker to survive with bad ones.

Most of us are just average players who only get to win if we are dealt really good cards. {g}
